Refund & cancellation policy

Unused items in their original, sealed packaging can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes, cosmetics and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number.

How refunds are paid

Card and online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
